English branch at the University School of Dentistry
Starting with 1998-1999 the University School of Dentistry of Timisoara University of Medicine and Pharmacy has founded an English branch. Classes and laboratories are taught in English for the first 3 years. During the time the students are learning Romanian so that starting with the 4-th year, when they begin dealing with patients, they are able to continue their theoretical and practical studies in Romanian.
The University School of Dentistry in Timisoara has presently the best equipment in Romania and the staff is trained for teaching in English.
Foreign application can be addmitted upon presenting the following:
High-School diploma
original and certified copy in Romanian
Birth Certificate
original and certified copy in Romanian
Approval form for
studies from the National Board of Education original and 3 copies
Receipt in original for
the first 3 month and 3 photocopies for those who are self-financing their studies
Health certificate from
the medical clinic of Timisoara University of Medicine and Pharmacy
8 pictures (passport type)

Tuition fees $ 360/month. Board and room are also available. Students can also find their own accommodation in the city.
