HEAD SECRETARY OF THE FACULTY

In relation to the students, the role of the head secretary of the faculty involves:

• Communication and counseling:
  – Information regarding the registration and management of student documents, including the university and study documents, etc.
  – Submission of requests regarding student academic mobility and recognition of transferable credits;
  – Counseling regarding academic procedures, namely documents for the enrollment, study options, regulations and university procedures;
  – Information regarding granting of scholarships and other forms of financial support;
  – Information regarding tuition fees and payment methods;
  – Communication with students regarding questions related to their professional situation;
  
  
• Transparency in decisions:
  – Posting the faculty’s decision-making processes on the university website;
  
  
• Respect and empathy:
  – Approaching with respect and empathy students questions and problems in accordance with internal regulations and laws in force.

The deadline for the resolution of the requests is according to the laws in force.
