University Senate Decision No. 215/17740/29.07.2026
In the event of the publication of the amendment to the Government Decision approving the Nomenclature of Academic Fields and Specializations/Study Programs and the Structure of Higher Education Institutions for the 2026–2027 academic year, the admission quota for the Medicine (English-taught) study program may be subject to changes by increasing the number of places by 20 for the July 2026 admission session, as follows:
- 10 study places for Romanian citizens and citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation;
- 10 study places for citizens of third countries.

The confirmation of the place can be done in the period established in the Admission calendar (click here), exclusively from the candidate’s account, as follows:
- The candidates have to choose the optional/elective subjects, one of which will become compulsory per semester. This is done by checking the respective subjects on the admission platform;
- The proof of payment – 300 EUROS/OPTION has to be uploaded to the admission platform.
- Admitted candidates must upload proof of a 50% tuition fee advance payment, along with the confirmation fee, during the confirmation period.
- Generate and accept the study contract.
During the period established in the Admission Calendar, unsuccessful (rejected) candidates, who have been registered and validated in the admission competition and have obtained a final admission average above 5.00, may confirm their place, by paying the confirmation fee per option and uploading the proof of payment on the online admission platform, in the event of a vacancy; in this case, the payment of the confirmation fee is not a guarantee for the admission of the rejected candidates, as it depends on the number of places available and approved by the university/study programmes and the management of places as decided by the university management.
If a place becomes vacant, the unsuccessful candidate who has confirmed their place within the periods set out in the admission calendar has 48 hours to pay the 50% tuition fee deposit to keep their place. Failing this, the list rolls to the next candidate on the list.
